This presentation will explore both established and novel approaches to addressing the complexities of senior feline care\, specifically focusing on the integrated management of chronic kidney disease\, hyperthyroidism\, degenerative joint disease\, and other frequently encountered comorbidities. \nDr Lisa Restine \nBSAS\, DVM\, Dipl. ABVP (Feline) \nLisa grew up in NewJersey\, USA where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Rutgers University. She later received her DVM degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California in 2014. Since graduation\, Dr Restine had been practicing feline medicine exclusively at a cat-only practice in San Antonio\, Texas where she achieved board certification with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in feline medicine\, in 2020. In 2022\, she started working at an ER/Specialty Center and practiced on both dogs and cats in an emergency setting. Her real passion\, however\, is feline medicine\, and she has dedicated many hours to lecturing other veterinarians on both a national and international level as well as being a co-editor of a veterinary feline textbook. Dr Restine is passionate about sharing her love of practice and knowledge to help improve feline care.
