Our expert veterinary team, who has successfully implemented a weight loss program in their practice, will share valuable insights and strategies for developing and executing an effective plan. Topics will include goal setting, client engagement and promotion, tools and interventions for weight loss, communication strategies for both the team and clients, and celebrating success.
Additionally, the speakers will explore client communication preferences in various clinical decision-making scenarios.
