Methods: Why and when to use ultrasound in practice, and limitations
Perform a methodical abdominal ultrasound exam, your scanning checklist.
The abdomen:
How to locate the bladder, kidneys, spleen, liver, gall bladder and recognize normal appearance.
Recognizing the appearance of common diseases affecting the bladder, kidneys, spleen, liver, gall bladder.
Pregnancy diagnosis and identification of pyometra.
Differences between the canine and feline.
Practical sessions:
